GreenBrilliance Reaching A Brighter Future In Solar Business With Strategic Agreement In The Czech
Republic
HERNDON, Va./EWORLDWIRE/Jan. 13, 2009 --- GreenBrilliance Holdings LLC announces that
GreenBrilliance Energy Private Limited (Vadodara, India) ('http://www.greenbrilliance.com') has entered into a
contract with Central Information and Business Agency LLC (CIBA), Lewes, DE to supply crystalline solar
modules in 2009 to projects in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.
CIBA, through its subsidiaries in the Czech Republic - CHIPO Energy and CHIPO Building - is a provider ofsolar energy through construction of utility-scale solar farms. Under the contract, the first purchase order is
projected to be for the supply of 4,400 modules (IEC/CE/TUV-certified) of 250 Wp (watt-peak) each to be
delivered in Spring, 2009. A second purchase order will be executed thereafter for July, 2009.
In addition, with this contract, GreenBrilliance appoints CIBA as its sole representative in the Czech Republic
and the Slovak Republic territories. CIBA partners with large industries and commercial establishments to build
solar plants for consumption of power by the owner as well as for supplying to the grid, taking advantage of the
region's feed-in tariff program.
